This is a delicious curry made with pumpkin to be served with some roti on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pumpkin 1/2 kg
  2. Jaggery 1 tbsp
  3. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  4. Amchoor powder 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. THESE ARE THE PUMPKIN PIECES, DICED INTO CUBES.
  2. HEAT SOME OIL IN A PAN. CRACKLE METHI SEEDS RED CHILLI DRY AND GARLIC PIECES
  3. LET THEM CRACKLE NICELY
  4. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER TURMERIC POWDER CORIANDER POWDER ,SALT IN IT
  5. MIX IT NICELY
  6. COVER THE PAN AND COOK IT TILL SOFT
  7. ADD AMCHOOR POWDER AND JAGGERY IN IT LET IT COOK NICELY
