An easy curry made with pumpkins, to be served with some dal rice or even rotis.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pumpkin 1/4 kg
  2. Methi dana 1tsp
  3. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  4. Green chilli 2
  5. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  7. Coriander leaves 11/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Amchoor powder 1tsp
  10. Jaggery 1tsp
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat oil
  2. Crackle methi and cumin seeds
  3. Put green chilli in it
  4. Add cutted pumpkin pieces in it
  5. Add all spices and salt
  6. Cover the pan let the pumpkin cook
  7. Add amchoor powder and grated jaggery let it cook for 2 minutes again
  8. Enjoy khatta -meetha flavour
