Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Sprouted madki/matki
  2. 1 large onion
  3. 1 large Tomato
  4. 10 cloves garlic
  5. 1 tbsp Corrinder
  6. 6 green chillies
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 1 tsp Termeric
  9. Salt as required
  10. 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. TO MAKE PASTE:GREEN CHILLIES, CORRINDER, GARLIC,SALT.
  2. MAKE FINE PASTE.
  3. ONION ,TOMATO,CHOP FINELY
  4. HEAT OIL IN A VESSEL.
  5. ADD CHILLI PASTE & STIR WEL.
  6. ADD TOMATO & COOK TILL SOFTEN.
  7. ADD ONION COOK TILL SOFTEN.
  8. ADD TERMERIC & SALT AS REQUIRED.
  9. NOW ADD SPROUTED MADKI(MATKI).
  10. ADD 1 CUP OF WATER MIX WEL & SIMMER THE FLAME FOR 20MINS.
  11. PRESENTING NORTH KARNATAKA LUNCH!!! SERVE SPROUTED MADKI WITH JAWAR ROTI ETC,.
