Wash and clean methi leaves.
Chop roughly and soak them in salted water for about half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan..add jeera.. Add in onion paste and cook till translucent..
Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste.. Saute for 30 seconds
To this add fresh methi leaves and cook for around 8 minutes
Add corn kernels and cook for more 5 minutes
Add in paneer cubes and pepper powder and salt
Switch off gas.. Add in milk .stir continuously .
Switch on gas and let it to simmer .. Add in cream followed by kasoori methi and khatae powder.
Adjust consistency of gravy to your taste
At last while serving add in elaichi powder
Mix well and serve hot with bread of your choice
