Heat oil in a pan or kadai, once the oil is hot add butter and allow it get melt. Now add caraway seeds, cook till oil get its flavours
Add finely chopped fenugreek leaves. Mix well and cook till oil get separated from it
Now add ginger garlic and onion paste. Mix all the ingredients and cook till onion become light brown or oil get separated
At this stage dry powdered masalas like red chilli, turmeric & whole spice powder. Season with salt according to taste. Mix all the ingredients and cook till oil get separated from them
Add tomato paste and mix it. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes or oil get separated
Add cottage cheese and mix it. Add ½ cup of water and mix it. Cover and cook on low to medium flame till oil get separated
Finally add cream, finely chopped green coriander and slit green chillies. Mix and cook for a minute
Now the dish is ready to be serve with any Indian bread or flavored rice
