This is a delicious and easy curry made with ridge gourd, that can be served with just some roti on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gilki [ridge gourd] 8-10
  2. Onion 2
  3. Oil 1 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder 11/2 tsp
  5. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 2 tsp
  7. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped

Instructions

  1. PEEL THE RIDGE GOURD AND CHOP THEM.
  2. HEAT OIL IN PAN ,CRACKLE CUMIN SEEDS ,ADD CHOPPED ONION
  3. SAUTE IT TILL LITTLE BROWN
  4. ADD ALL SPICES AND SALT
  5. ADD GILKI IN IT AND MIX NICELY
  6. MIX IT NICELY
  7. LET THE GILKI OR RIDGE GOURD GET COOKED FOR FEW MINUTES.
  8. NOW ADD WATER AS DESIRED
  9. NOW IT IS COOKED COMPLETELY, SERVE HOT.
