My all time favourite Tori aur Chane ki Sabzi cook by my mother.. I am just sharing my secret recipe at BetterButter. Very simple and easy to cook but taste is awesome. Must try this recipe bcoz most of people avoid to eat Tori Sabzi but combition with Chane ki daal is ultimate matchless.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tori 1/2 kg
  2. Soaked Chane ki Daal 1 medium size bowl
  3. Chopped onion 1 small bowl
  4. Chopped Tomato 1 small bowl
  5. Green chill 1 tps
  6. Coriander leave for garnishing
  7. Oil 1 tps
  8. Turmeric Powder 1tps
  9. Red chilli powder 1tps
  10. Coriander powder 1tps
  11. Gram Masala 1 tps
  12. Garlic paste 1tps
  13. salt as per taste
  14. Water 1 cup for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cut onions, tomatoes, green chilli, and coriander leaves as per below image.
  2. Soak chana daal for 2 or 3 hours before cooking, Now peel and cut Tori as shape you want
  3. Now put oil in cooker or kadhai and add the onions, tomotoes, green chilli and fry it till turn brown.
  4. Now add all the ingredients like turmeric powder, corriander powder, Red chilli powder, garam Masala, garlic paste, tori and chana daal and toss for 2 minutes then stir water and leave it for 4 whistle.
  5. Now open cooker lead and garnish with corriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
