Eggs & beetroots are the good sources of protein.Protein is very important for our health but it's important to eat the right amount & right kind of protein.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Egg...3
  2. Mix vegetables(carrot,peas,beans)...1 small bowl
  3. Onion...2
  4. Beetroot...1
  5. Peas...4tspn
  6. Cumin powder...1/2tspn
  7. Ghee...1tspn
  8. Boiled egg masala for sprinkle
  9. Peanuts...2tspn
  10. Cooked rice...3cup

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs , cut into halves & scoop out yolks.
  2. Fry chopped onion in hot oil for few minutes & then add chopped vegetables.
  3. Add egg yolks.
  4. Mash the yolks & make a soft mixture of it.
  5. In another pan add cumin seeds in hot oil & let it crackle.Add chopped onion after that.
  6. Add beetroot paste & peas.
  7. Add peanuts.Mix it well.
  8. Add cooked rice, salt & ghee now.Mix it well.Cook another 5 to 7 minutes.
  9. Now plating time.Place beetroot pulao on plate evenly. Then put egg white portion on it.Fill the egg white with a teaspn of yolk mixture.
  10. Sprinkle some egg boiled masala & serve a full tasty protein plate.
