Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 grm mashed panner
  2. 2 boiled, peeled nd mashed potato
  3. 3 spoon corn flour
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp finally chopped ginger
  6. 10-12 broken cashew
  7. 15-20 raisins (kishmish)
  8. 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1/2 tsp black or white pepper powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for frying
  12. 2 cup spinach blanched and purred
  13. 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  14. 2 chopped green chilli
  15. 1 chopped onion
  16. 1/2 cup tomato puree
  17. 1/2 tsp Jeera or cumin
  18. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  19. 1 spoon coriander powder
  20. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  21. 1/4 cup fresh cream
  22. 3 spoon oil
  23. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Put panner, potato, cornflour, Red chilli powder,salt, pepper powder, coriander leaves, Ginger in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into lemon size balls.
  3. Put the cashew nut and raisins in a small bowl and mix well.
  4. Stuff each panner balls with this mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a Kadahi and deep fry the balls ,a few at a time, until golden brown.
  6. Drain on a absorbent paper and set aside.
  7. Heat 3 spoon of oil in a pan,add a cumin seeds few second saute.
  8. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and saute.
  9. Add a chopped onion and saute for a 1 minutes.
  10. Add spinach puree and cook for about two to three minutes.stir a tomato puree and mix well.
  11. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder,and salt ,cook for 4-5 minutes.
  12. Add one cup of water,mix and bring the mixture to a boil.
  13. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 6-7 minutes.stir in a garam masala powder and mix well.
  14. Reduce heat stir in a half the Cream and cook for a 1/2 minutes, remove from heat.
  15. Put the gravy into a sarving bowl and arrange the kofts on a top.
  16. Sarve hot garnished with the remaining Cream.
