Now a days black colour is in fashion.icecream ,burger,icing then why not samosa.i make these healthy samosa because i bake them not fry them.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Flour
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 2 tbsp Oil
  4. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  5. Water as required
  6. For filling---
  7. 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
  8. 1/4 cup boiled peas
  9. 1 green chilli chopped
  10. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. 1 tbsp chopped cashew
  13. 1 tbsp kishmish
  14. salt as per taste
  15. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  16. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  17. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  18. Oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Take flour and salt in a bowl
  2. Add oil and mix in flour
  3. Rub flour and oil and make crumb like mix
  4. Add water and make a dough
  5. Cover it and keep aside
  6. Now for filling heat oil
  7. Add jeera and hing
  8. Add ginger paste and chilli
  9. Now add boiled peas and mash them lightly
  10. Add paneer and mix all of them
  11. Add salt,pepper and chaat masala
  12. Now add garam masala and mix all of them
  13. Add coriander leaves
  14. Now take ball of dough and roll down
  15. Cut 2 rounds with cookie cutter
  16. For each samosa we needs two rounds
  17. Add filling in center of round
  18. And cover with other round leave half inch from outside
  19. Cover with other round
  20. Now make a mark in center
  21. From round mark of center take a knife and cut 16 marks on equal gap
  22. Then make a twist on every two regular parts
  23. And joint their end with each other
  24. In this way we got 8 leafs
  25. And our flower is ready
  26. Preheat ovan
  27. Grease baking tray
  28. Make all flowers like that
  29. And arrange in baking tray.brush with oil
  30. Bake for 20 min at 180 degree
  31. Our samosa are ready
  32. Sprinkle sesame seeds on them
  33. Serve with green chutney and mayo
