Such an amazing samosa.
Take flour and salt in a bowl
Add oil and mix in flour
Rub flour and oil and make crumb like mix
Add water and make a dough
Cover it and keep aside
Now for filling heat oil
Add jeera and hing
Add ginger paste and chilli
Now add boiled peas and mash them lightly
Add paneer and mix all of them
Add salt,pepper and chaat masala
Now add garam masala and mix all of them
Add coriander leaves
Now take ball of dough and roll down
Cut 2 rounds with cookie cutter
For each samosa we needs two rounds
Add filling in center of round
And cover with other round leave half inch from outside
Cover with other round
Now make a mark in center
From round mark of center take a knife and cut 16 marks on equal gap
Then make a twist on every two regular parts
And joint their end with each other
In this way we got 8 leafs
And our flower is ready
Preheat ovan
Grease baking tray
Make all flowers like that
And arrange in baking tray.brush with oil
Bake for 20 min at 180 degree
Our samosa are ready
Sprinkle sesame seeds on them
Serve with green chutney and mayo
