ABOUT Soya pratha RECIPE

The paratha is the important part of breakfast in India.here is different types of prathas like aloo pratha,gobi parathas, onoin pratha etc.but sometimes my mom cook soya pratha for all of us.so today i m trying soya parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour- one bowl
  2. Soya granules- one bowl
  3. Green chillies- 2
  4. Corriander leves- 1 tsp
  5. Salt-as per taste
  6. Oil or ghee - 4 tbsp
  7. Corriander pw -1/2 tsp
  8. Garam msala- 1/2 tsp
  9. Jeera pw - little bit

Instructions

  1. Taka a big bowl add flour add little salt n half tbsp oil add little water and make a soft dough.
  2. Soak soya granules in hot water for half an hour.
  3. Squeeze the water properly in the soya granules add green chillies , corriander leaves,salt n all masala.mix properly.
  4. Take a boll size dough and roll it put one tbsp mixture on it and roll it again .
  5. Heat the tawa add little oil or ghee on tawa put the paratha on it.
  6. Put oil both side and cook properly.
  7. Make all parathas like this.
  8. Serve with pickle or curd.
