Soak soya granules in warm water for about 2-3 minutes
take a pan add little oil add chopped onions saute it
then add soaked soya granules and matar
add all dry masalas saute it and add 1/2 cup water. cover it and cook for about 2-3 minutes
now take little dough
make ball and roll it into small chapati spread a little ghee or oil
place around 2 tsp of soya filling
sprinkle a little salt red chilli powder and ajwain
close it to make ball again
roll it down. cook from both the sides on tawa
serve with curd or butter
