Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Almonds 1/2 cup
  2. Cashews 1/2 cup
  3. Pista 1/4 cup
  4. Walnut 1/4 cup
  5. Coconut slices 1/2 cup
  6. Paneer cubes 100 gms
  7. Dates 5
  8. Raisins 1 fistful
  9. Cinnamon 1 stick
  10. Cardamom 4
  11. Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Dry Ginger 1/2 an inch
  13. Sugar syrup 1 cup
  14. Saffron few strands
  15. Rose petals few
  16. Ghee 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Soak all the dry fruits in water for an hour
  2. Dry roast all the whole masala and grind to a fine powder
  3. Chop the panneer and dates
  4. Fry the coconut pieces in ghee and keep aside
  5. Fry the panneer cubes in same ghee
  6. Now add the chopped dates and soaked and drained nuts and give a stir
  7. Now add the sugar syrup
  8. Then add paneer and coconut pieces and stir well.
  9. Cook till the sugar syrup is reduced and then add the dry powder and mix well
  10. Garnish with fresh rose petals and serve warm
