Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chopped onion 1
  2. Tomato 1
  3. Curd 1cup
  4. Chickpeas flour 2tbsp
  5. Garam masala 1tsp
  6. Bhindi 1/2 kg
  7. Oil 2spoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  9. Dhania powder 1tsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. First wash bhindi n cut in 1inch lengthwise .rest it for 10min.
  2. Now deep fry all bhindi.
  3. Now take a bowl in that mix curd n garam masala.keep aside.
  4. Now take a pan put oil now add jeera,hing .
  5. Now add chopped onion saute for 2min ,add ginger garlic paste.
  6. Now add chopped tomato , turmeric n dhania powder.let it cook 5min.
  7. Now add deep fry bhindi n chick peas flour saute it for another 5min.
  8. Now add curd mixture n cook it 5-10 min.
  9. Serve with fresh coriander
