Chop bhindi in big pieces of two inces
Chop onion green chillies garlic tomato and coconut into piecs
Heat half oil in a pan
Saute bhindi and keep aside
Saute the chopped onion garlic chillies coconut and keep aside
Blend these coarsely in a blender
Heat remaining oil
Add hing jeera bay leaf and mustard seeds.let splutter
Add the onion mixture and cook till golden
Add curd and cook till it blends well
Now add fried bhindi
Add salt and remaining dry masalas and blend properly
Add some water if required
Cook for five to six mins
Garnish with some coconut and tomatoes
SERVING: 4
