Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chopped capsicum 1
  2. Bread crumbs as required
  3. Chopped coriander
  4. Boiled and mashed potatoes 2
  5. Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp
  6. Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  7. Chopped onion 1
  8. Green chilli paste 1/2 tsp
  9. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the mashed potatoes, green capsicum (bell peppers), coriander leaves, garlic and onion paste, cornflour, green chillies, powdered sugar, dry celery and salt in a bowl and mix all the ingredients well using your hands for an even mixture.
  2. Make even cylindrical kebabs out of the mixture, dip them in some worcestershire sauce and roll into bread crumbs.
  3. Deep fry these kebabs in medium hot oil until they turn golden brown.
  4. Garnish with a few coriander leaves and lime juice.
  5. Serve them hot with some coriander chutney.
