Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup soya granules
  2. 2 Bay Leaves
  3. 1/2 cup boiled mashed taro roots
  4. 1/2 cup boiled mashed green peas
  5. 3 tsp roasted gram flour
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  7. 3 tsp cashew powder
  8. 1 tsp chat masala
  9. 2 tsp Lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tsp all spice powder
  11. For Kabab dry masala,5-6 black pepper
  12. 5-6 pinch ground white pepper
  13. 1 dagad phool
  14. 4-5 green cardamom
  15. 2-3 black cardamom
  16. 5-6 kabab chini small piece of nut Meg
  17. 1 stick piece of cinnamon
  18. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  19. For wet masala,4-5 garlic cloves
  20. 1 inch piece of ginger
  21. 2-3 green chillies
  22. 1/2 cup fresh corriender
  23. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  24. Salt to taste
  25. oil for cooking
  26. vermicelli (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in pan,add bay leaves and soya granules in it and boiled it cover it and keep aside it till it's size increase.
  2. Heat a pan add kabab masala in it and roast,when pleasant smell comes switch of gas and keep aside it to cool,when cool transfer in grinding jar and make fine powder of it.
  3. Now take ginger,garlic,green chillies in mixer jar and coarsely grind it,not to make fine paste of it.
  4. When soya granules double in size squeeze out all water from it and separate the bay leaves from it and transfer in mixer jar and grind it,and transfer in big bowl.
  5. Add already boiled and mashed taro roots and green peas and mix.
  6. Add wet kabab masala and dry kabab masala in grind soya bowl and mix well.
  7. now add chopped corriender and onion in it and mix.
  8. Add lemon juice,chat masala,salt,cashew powder,red chilli flakes,roasted gram flour,all spice powder mix well and make kabab of this.
  9. when all kabab made,take crushed vermicelli in a bowl,heat oil in pan rolled kabab in vermicelli and pan fry it in medium to low flame till well cook.
  10. When all done serve it hot this surprising kabab in party.

Do we have to deep fry or shallow fry the kebabs
