Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250g- soya keema/ nuggets
  2. 100g- chana dal
  3. 5 garlic flakes
  4. 1 piece of ginger
  5. 1 no.- onion chopped
  6. 2-3- green chillies
  7. 1 tsp-lemon juice
  8. coriander leaves handful
  9. 5gm kaju badam chopped
  10. salt as required
  11. red chilli powder 1 tsp
  12. chaat masala 1 tsp
  13. To serve with
  14. Onions sliced
  15. Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. soak soya & chana dal separetely for almost 4 hours.
  2. drain water & mince it in blender wid all ingredients mentioned above
  3. refrigerate this mixture for about 30min
  4. divide mixture into round, oval or any shape your choice
  5. Deep fry or shallow fry it
  6. serve hot with chaat masala sprinkled on it
  7. serve with onions & green chutney
