Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soya badi - 1 cup ( soaked and drained)
  2. Onion - 1 small ( finely chopped)
  3. Green chillies - 2-3 ( finely chopped)
  4. Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
  5. Roasted gram flour - 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
  6. Salt - As per your taste
  7. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  8. Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Oil - 4 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Take soya badi in a mixer jar and grind it. But do not make fine paste.
  2. Heat a pan add 1 tablespoon oil.
  3. Add onion and green chillies in the oil and sakte till onion become soft.
  4. In a bowl take grounded soya badi, add fried onion and chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and roasted gram flour.
  5. Mix well with the help of your hand.
  6. Take some of the mixture in your hand and nake ball of it, flatten it and give shape of kabab.
  7. Now heat 3 tablespoon oil in the pan.
  8. Arrange all kababs in the medium hot oil.
  9. Shallow fry kababs from both sides.
  10. Take them out in a napkin or kitchen towel.
  11. Your healthy soya kababs are ready. Enjoy with chatney or any sauce.
