Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Soya granules 2 cups
  2. Boiled potatoe 1
  3. Maggie vegetable taster 1 packet
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  5. Chopped green chillies 2 TSP
  6. Chopped coriander 4 tbsp
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Chat masala 1 tsp
  9. Crush black Pepper 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Bread slices 2
  12. 3 tbsp oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Soak the granules in water.
  2. Boil the soya granules with salt vegetable taster and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Once cooked remove and let it cool. Drain if excess water.
  4. Mash boil potatoe and add in soya granules.
  5. Add chillies coriander and bread. And mash and mix with hand.
  6. Add all powder masala and salt.
  7. Combine well with hand.
  8. Make cylindrical shape and keep in fridge for 30 min.
  9. Grease a pan with oil.
  10. Once heated shallow fry or grill it.
  11. Once golden brown remove and serve with lettuce and green chutney.
