Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Cup washed boiled Soyabean Keema
  2. 2 boiled, peeled, mashed potatoes
  3. 1 small bowl Green Corriander leaves
  4. 5Greenwashed and cut in small pieces
  5. 1tsp. Garam masalla,1 tsp kali mirch fres crushed
  6. 5each,laung, green elaichi, black elaichi,
  7. 2"stickDaalchinni, 1 flower javitri,
  8. 1tsp. Lahsun-adrak paste
  9. 3-4 Red saboot mirch
  10. 1tsp,salt,red,chilli
  11. 1tbsp. Roasted Besan

Instructions

  1. 1- Mash potatoes boiled soyabean green chillies, onions, Corriander leaves in a mixer grinder and make a thick fine paste.
  2. 2-Now put all whole Masallas in a grinder and grind them properly.
  3. 3-Now take a big bowl put all paste garam masalla, grinded masalla in itand mix it properly.
  4. 4-Keep Tawa switch on gas, put refined oil on it.
  5. 5- Meanwhile make small balls of Kabab from the mixture and put on tawa, let them fry .
  6. 6- When it starts changing it's colour and aroma comes out then understand your KABABS are ready .
