Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Moong sprouted 1 cup
  2. Carrot grated 2 tablespoon
  3. Capsicum chopped 2 tablespoon
  4. Spinach chopped 2 tablespoon
  5. Onion chopped 1
  6. Salty biscuits powder 1/2 cup
  7. Masala Oats powder 1 tablespoon
  8. Paneer grated 2 tablespoon
  9. Besan 1 tablespoon
  10. Green chilly chopped 2 teaspoon
  11. Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  12. Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
  13. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  14. Haldi 1/2 teaspoon
  15. Chilly flakes 1 tablespoon
  16. Oil 1 teaspoon
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Coriander leaves chopped
  19. Oil for greasing kabab 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Grind coarsely sprouted Moong .
  2. Put grinded Moong and all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Make a smooth mixture.
  4. Grease your hands with oil and make kababs in long shape with ready mixture.
  5. Steam the kebabs into steamer for 5 minutes into microwave.
  6. Check after 5 minutes with toothpick.
  7. Let them cool for 5 minutes.
  8. After 5 minutes , insert skewers into kababs.
  9. Grease the kebabs with oil or butter .
  10. Grill the kababs into pre heated electronic Tandoor ... For 2-3 minutes.
  11. Yummy yummy healthy kebabs r ready to eat .
  12. Serve with any sauce .
