Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups white rice
  2. For curry::
  3. 1 cup onions chopped
  4. 2 cups tomatos chopped
  5. 1/4 kg capsicum peices
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp chili powder
  8. 1 pinch haldi
  9. 1 tsp roasted nuts make powder
  10. Tadaka
  11. Oil as need
  12. For tomato rasam::
  13. 1/4 kg tomatos
  14. 3 tsp tamarind juice
  15. 2 lol mirchi
  16. 1 tsp daniya powder
  17. 1 tsp salt
  18. Half cup coriander
  19. Few curry leaves
  20. 3 green chilies
  21. Pinch haldi
  22. Tadaka
  23. For dol::
  24. 1 cup tuvar dol
  25. Salt pinch
  26. Haldi

Instructions

  1. For curry :::keep Fri pan pour oil add tadaka Fri it splitting
  2. Add chilies,onions Fri it seems gold colour add capsicum peices, tomato peices until it soft
  3. Next add salt, haldi,chili powder add half cup water leave 2 min then
  4. Add nuts powder it becomes good gravy... coriander .. ready to serve curry
  5. For rasam making:::take mixy jar put tomato,chili , daniya powder,salt, curry leaves, make nice paste
  6. Keep cadai add tadaka it's splitting add,crush garlic n tomato puri add tamarind Juice add coriander, curry leaves,keep stirring until gets bubules ..turn of ready to serve fast rasam
  7. For dol:: keep pressure cooker put tuvar doll 1:2 water add salt,oil 1 TSP,pinch haldi put a vissles wait for 3 vissles ..leave 5 mins..after smash the doll ready to serve
  8. Keep a serving plate put white rice,curry,dol,rasam..curd ready to serve Hyderabadi meals
