Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 tbspn oil
  2. 2 sabut lal mirch
  3. 1 bay leaf
  4. 1 tspn Kasuri methi
  5. 1 tspn ginger green chilli garlic paste
  6. 1 tbspn cream
  7. 2 tspn curd
  8. 2 tspn coriander powder
  9. 2 tspn chilli powder
  10. 2 tomatoes puree
  11. 3 onions puree
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 tbspn palak puree
  14. 2 tspn sugar

Instructions

  1. Take non stick pan ..heat oil add sabut lal mirch ,,bay leaf ,cumin seed
  2. add onion puree,ginger garlic paste .saute it till it turn golden brown .
  3. Add tomatoes puree,palak puree ,
  4. Add all masalas chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala ,salt..,little bit sugae
  5. Add water take a boil ,,,then add paneer cubes
  6. Add cream ,curd then garnish it with coriander leaves
  7. serve it with hot hot chapatis n enjoy
