Hyderabadi paneer is a rich & nawabi recipe of paneer . It is a combination of spices ,herbs ,and loads of cream .
It seems so yummyy...
Heat a thick base pan melt 1 table spoon clarified butter in it .
Add onion ,ginger, garlic , chopped tomato ,chopped spinach and chopped green corriander.
Cook for 5 minutes .
Keep aside for cooling .
Grind in a smooth paste after cooling .
Meanwhile take a bowl add chopped paneer , cream ,curd garam masala ,kitchen king masala and some salt mix well with light hands and Keep aside to merinate.
Take another pan heat ghee crackel clove cardamom cinnamon and bay leaves.
Add grounded green paste in it .
Add all spices turmeric powder ,red chilli powder ,corriander powder and salt
Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame add required water and check consistency.
Add paneer along with all creamy marination ,cook for another 5 minutes .
Serve hot with nan ,tandoori roti and rice .
