ABOUT Mango Phirni RECIPE

Its a beautiful variant of the usual punjabi phirni. A tried and tested recipe by many of my friends and the result was always a yummy dessert

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 litre milk
  2. 3 tbsp paste of soaked rice
  3. 3 tbsp sugar
  4. 1/2 cup mango pulp

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk in a broad vessel and stir on medium flame for 5 minutes. Add the rice paste and sugar. And keep stirring continously.
  2. After 5 minutes once the mixture thickens turn off the flame. Now add the pulp and mix again. Pour in the serving bowl, garnish and serve chilled.

putting mange pulp in hot milk ia safe ?

will rice be cooked in 5 mins ? hope it wont taste uncooked
