Soak Rice for about 4-6 hours
Remove water grind coarse
Keep all ingredients ready
1/2 litre milk,1cup sugar,1cup ground rice
Now heat milk slowly add ground rice ,stirring continuously
Now wen rice gets cooked in about 8-10 minutes add sugar
Add cardamom seeds here mix well
5 minutes stirring ,check sugar is well mixed and close gas
Cool to room temperature,add the mango pulp then
Mix well cool and pour out in phirni plates as desired
Garnish with almonds and pistachios
