Heat the oil in a pressure cooker than add choti, Badi elaichi and Laung,after that add finally cut onion and fry it .
when it's become translucent than add ginger garlic paste, Salt, Dhania powder , red chilli powder and fry it 1-2minutes than add qeema and again fry till oil separates.
Then add 1/2 cup water and close the cooker lid. Cook qeema for 15-20minutes. Until qeema is cooking than we have to fry the Karela little bit in a oil.
Fry till it become little crispy.afterthat put this Karela And Kalonji (nigella seeds) in qeema and fry 1-2minutes, adjust the water.
close the lid of cooker and cook it for 15-20min..when qeema Karela cook well and water is not in it than add garam masala powder.now it is ready to serve...
