ABOUT Keema RECIPE

A simple and easy chicken keema recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 kg Minced meat
  2. 3 Onions chopped
  3. 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  4. 3 Tomatoes chopped
  5. 3 green chillies chopped
  6. 1 tsp shan qeema spice mix
  7. Oil /ghee as required
  8. Coriander leaves to garnish
  9. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, heat in oil and fry the onions till they get light pink in colour.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté it well. Then add the tomatoe paste and sauté till it leaves the oil. Then add the spices and cook for a minute.
  3. Now add the keema and cook on a low flame till it leaves the oil.
  4. Garnish with fresh green chillies, coriander leaves and serve it hot with any bread.

Sounds good! What would the ingredients be in the 1 tsp spice mix? That makes it tasty I think

what are the spices and cud not see the keema photo..it's only corrainder in the pic
