ABOUT Chicken pepper fry. RECIPE

A dry chicken fry goes well with rice & rotis.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken 250 g
  2. Onion 2 sliced.
  3. Whole garam Masala 4 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick & 2 cardamom
  4. To marinate chicken.
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  6. chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Crushed Pepper or powder 2 tbsp or according to taste.
  11. Green chillies 4 or 5 according to it s taste.
  12. Salt.
  13. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  14. curry leaves
  15. Oil just enough to saute chicken.

Instructions

  1. Clean chicken & marinate with all ingredients except onion, whole garam Masala , & curry leaves.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, put whole garam Masala . Fry.
  3. Then add onion & curry leaves a little.
  4. Then put chicken pieces stir well. Adjust seasoning.
  5. Add some water, Cover & cook chicken till well cooked & dry.
  6. Add some more coconut oil & curry leaves. Stir well.
  7. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
