ABOUT Creamy cheesy Italian potato dip RECIPE

It's a unique dip made with potatoes and cheese with the flavours of Italian herbs. It gives a subtle flavour with any type of crispy crunchy snack items. Do try it this time on weekends and serve it with some crispy snack items

Ingredients Serving: 2

2 medium size boiled potatoes
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 cube grated processed cheese
Salt and Italian seasoning according to taste
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Peel the potatoes and mash them
Now heat a heavy bottom pan put the mashed potatoes it with some water(it should be in gravy like consistency not watery)
Mix well cook till it starts boiling. Now add both the cheese and cook till cheese completely dissolves in it . Mix olive oil in it
Now switch the flame and add the seasoning and give it a mix
Now serve warm or chilled with some crispy snacks or fritters
