This recipe is without onion&potato.it gives you differ flavours from samosa

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Refind flour 200 gm
  2. Carom sedds 1 tbsp
  3. Oil 2 tbsp, salt to taste
  4. For filling:-
  5. Hing 1 pinch
  6. Oil 4 tbsp
  7. Cumin seed 1 tbsp
  8. 4 raw banana
  9. Green chilli 2
  10. Red chilli powder 3/4tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Turmeric 1/4tbsp
  13. Garam masala3/4tbsp
  14. Corriender
  15. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. 1st knead dough from 1st three ingredients with warm water
  2. Rest it for 15 minutes
  3. In pan add 4 tbsp oil ,pinch of hing & cumin seed
  4. Add green chilli.saute it
  5. Add mashed banana &spices
  6. Cook 4 minutes
  7. Add corriender leaves
  8. After 15 minutes take a portion of dough, roll it
  9. Cut into half ,make strips in one part
  10. Cover it with another part
  11. Fold it &roll mixture.shape it like samosas
  12. Fry it in low medium flame till crispy
  13. Layered samosa is ready
