ABOUT LAYERED SAMOSA RECIPE

In India samosa is very popular and all time favorite to all age grp. now it is eaten not only Indian but also accross asia. It is potato stuffing deep fried tea time snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough... 250 grams maida
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Oil 3 tablespoon
  5. For stuffing
  6. Medium sized boiled potatoes 5-6
  7. whole coriander 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Ajwain 1 /4 teaspoon
  10. Black pepper corns 6-7
  11. Grated adruk 1 teaspoon
  12. Chopped chillies 1 teaspoon
  13. Haldi 1/4 teaspoon
  14. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  15. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Aamchur 1 teaspoon
  17. Boiled matar 2 tablespoon
  18. Chopped paneer 3 tablespoon
  19. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  20. Oil as needed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients of dough and knead hard dough and keep a side
  2. Take a pan heat 2 teaspoon oil add jeera, ajwain, hing, coriander, haldi, chilli powder, adruk, chilles all saute for a minute
  3. Add crushed alu and matar mix well. stir fry for 2 minutes
  4. Add salt and add paneer all mix well. Add amchur powder Add coriander leaves and rest of ingredients
  5. Mix well and cool down.
  6. Take a ball size dough and roll it like full chapati. cut in the half moon shape.
  7. Make cuts on half moon. and cover with another half. make the shape of samosa and fill 2 tsp of filling and lock all sides
  8. Deep fry in medium hot oil and enjoy with sauce or imly chutney
