Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Sama rice flour 1 cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Rock salt 1 teaspoon
  4. Water 2 cups
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Desi ghee 3 teaspoon
  7. Cumin whole 1 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Green chutney for serving

Instructions

  1. Step 1 First of take 1 cup sama rice flour
  2. Step 2 Mix curd properly so that their is no lumps.
  3. Step 3 Now take a wok put one teaspoon ghee heat it, put cumin seeds, chopped green chillies and roast it for a few seconds
  4. Step 4 Now add rice batter by continously stirring it... Then slowly add 2 cups of water
  5. Step 5 Let the better be thick enough.. Add salt nd red chilli powder
  6. Step 6 Cook it till it comes to be dough shaped
  7. Step 7 Greese the plate.
  8. Step 8 Put the material on the plate and equalize it... And let it cool for 15 minutes.
  9. Step 9 Cut into desired shape
  10. Step 10. . Take a non-stick tawa Greese it properly and cook these katli from both sides.
  11. Step 11. Make it red brown from both the sides
  12. Step 12. Serve it with mint chutney
