ABOUT Half Moon with Beetroot Moussee RECIPE

Its a very healthy snack, made with beetroots.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For moussee
  2. Beet root - 1cup boiled & pureed
  3. Fresh cream - 1cup
  4. Sugar - 3-4tablespoon
  5. Cinamon powder -1/2tablespoon
  6. Strawberries & grapes - For garnishing
  7. For moon
  8. Maida -1/2cup
  9. Salt - 1/4tablespoon
  10. Oil - 1tablespoon+For deep frying
  11. Water - 1/4cup or as required

Instructions

  1. In a pan add fresh cream heat it.
  2. Than add beetroot mix well.
  3. Add sugar and cinamon cook for 2mins.
  4. In a glass put the the beetroot moussee.
  5. Than put some fresh cream over it.
  6. Garnish with some grapes and strawberries.
  7. In a bowl add maida,salt and 1spoon oil mix well.
  8. Add water and knead it into a dough.
  9. Role it than fold it like a moon.
  10. And finally deep fry it.
