Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 8 no. Boiled mashed potatoes
  2. 1 cup - bread crumbs
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 3-4 no - green chillies chopped
  5. 1/2 cup - Roasted peanuts (br
  6. oken)
  7. 2 tbsp - fresh coriander leaves
  8. Chopped
  9. 1/3 tsp - Red chilly powder
  10. 1 tsp - Amchoor powder
  11. Refined oil for frying
  12. 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  13. 1 tbsp - cornflour powder

Instructions

  1. Take the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them.
  2. Add salt to taste, amchoor , Powder, red chilly powder, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves , cornflour and broken roasted peanuts. Mix well and check the seasoning.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai .
  4. Now add bread crumbs tothe potato mixture. Roll and deep-fry in Hot oil..
  5. Deep fry till golden brown
  6. Take out on a kitchen towel..
  7. Now serve hot with green chutney & tomato ketchup..
