Hot yummy potato cutlets served with tomato sauce can boost up your morning or evening snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 boiled potatoes
  2. 1 tsp grated ginger
  3. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  4. 1/2 red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  6. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  7. 1-2 green chillies
  8. 2 tbsp corn flour
  9. 3-4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  10. salt, to taste
  11. oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and grate them.
  2. Add chopped green chillies and coriander.
  3. Add grated ginger, salt and all dry spices.
  4. Add cornflour and breadcrumbs and make small cutlets.
  5. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the cutlets till brown.
  6. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney of your choice.
