Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For cashew coconut paste
  2. 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
  3. 1/4 cup cashew nut soaked in warm water
  4. 1 medium size dalchini
  5. 4 cloves(lavang)
  6. 4 green cardamom( elaichi)
  7. 1 tspn jeera
  8. 7-8 green chilli
  9. For gravy
  10. 2 cup coconut milk
  11. 1 big size onion finely chopped
  12. 1 tspn ginger garlic paste
  13. 1 big green capsicum cut in big square size
  14. 1 cup coriander leaves
  15. 1 cup fresh green peas(matar)
  16. oil
  17. 250 gms paneer cut in large square pieces
  18. 1 bay leaves( tej patta)
  19. 1/4 turmeric powder
  20. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. first heat pan and add oil and deep fry paneer till golden brown
  2. Make paste of dalchini, grated coconut, cardamon(elaichi),cloves(lavangl,cashewnuts, green chilli
  3. Now in pan heat 2-3 tbspn ghee add onion saute till golden brown add ginger garlic paste ,cook till it turn golden brown, add bay leaf( tejpatta)
  4. Add cahewnuts and coconut paste to it and add 1/4 tspn turmeric powder and cook till it leaven ghee
  5. Add the coconut milk , chopped coriander leaves and salt according to taste and let boil,once it start boiling add paneer, capsicum,and green peans
  6. Cook it upto 10 -15 minutes....you and serve with rice
