Take a bowl put besan (gram flour)semolina put 2 tbsp ghee and add milk and make a soft dough
Now take a lump of dough in your palm and press it bye closing the palm to form muthiya.
Heat a Kadai and put ghee and all muthiya fry it til lightly golden brown Let it completely cool down
Now crushed muthiya and grind it and stain it
Add crushed cashew and almond Crushed gond and fry it
Now again heat a Kadai put some ghee and add mixture of besan roast it till turn to golden in colour
In another pan put sugar and some water and heat it till sugar is dissolved on medium flame and make 1 string consistency
Now add cordamom powder in besan mixture and stire well
Take a plate grease with ghee and put the mixture and set properly
Now cut in to pieces and sprinkle fried gond, chopped pista and charoli
Dilecious Besan chakki it is ready
This besan chakki can be Store up to 8- 10days
