ABOUT Besan Laddoo RECIPE

A very easy recipe of besan laddoo.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan 2 cups
  2. Powdered sugar 1 cup
  3. Ghee 3/4 cup
  4. cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the besan in a kadahi on slow flame for 11-12 minutes
  2. Keep on stirring continuously so as to prevent the besan from burning.
  3. Roast it till the besan starts giving a nutty fragnance.
  4. While roasting melt the ghee and keep aside.
  5. Add ghee now and mix evenly so that no lumps are formed.
  6. Continue roasting for more 5-6 mins till the mixture starts releasing ghee and a nice nutty aroma comes.
  7. Switch off the gas and add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix
  8. Let the mixture cool down.
  9. When you can hold the mixture start making laddoo.
