Besan ladoo is a traditional indian sweet, prepared on any festival. Besan ladoo is my all time favorite sweet because it's very simple n easy to prepare. Country- Saudi Arabia

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cup chickpea flour/Besan
  2. 1.5 cup powder sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp cardmom powder
  4. 1/2 cup Ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan.
  2. Add flour and stir well.
  3. Roast untill the besan turns aromatic and golden in colour.
  4. Let it cool down, then add powder sugar and cardmom powder.
  5. If it is dry add the ghee as needed.
  6. Mix and check if the mixture can bind well to roll the bolls.
  7. Take small portion and roll to make bolls.
  8. Store ladoo in air tight containr.
