Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Gram flour ( besan )- 2 cup
  2. Ghee/clarified butter- 1 cup
  3. Powder sugar- 1 cup
  4. Green cardamom- 1/4 tsp
  5. Raisins- 2 tbsp
  6. Silver vark - 2 sheet

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
  2. . Roast the besan on medium heat until light brown in color and give out the fragrance
  3. After stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, switch off the flame.
  4. Let the besan cool down, now add sugar, cardamom powder and raisins.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. When it cools completely, shape it into ladoo
  7. Garnish with silver vark and store it in a air tight container.
