Besan is simply soul food.some times you get Hungary and you want some healthy food . So try this yummy tangy besan recipe.gram flour is cooked in butter milk and garlic, onion chilly and some indian species.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup besan/ gram flour
  2. 3 cup butter milk
  3. 1 small onion chopped
  4. 5 garlic chopped
  5. 2 chilly's chrushed
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Oil 1 tbsp
  10. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  11. Pinch of hing

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan.add mustered seeds wben it crecling add hing. Add chilly , garlic, onion and saute it.turn the gas heat on law flame.
  2. Then add butter milk and continually stirring.
  3. Add salt , red chilly powder , turmeric powder and mix.
  4. Now add besan/ gram Flour and mix.
  5. Cover with lid and cook till 10 - 15 minutes. When incert the knife and its come out clean its ready.
