It is yummy, little different to taste from traditional alur dam, it is very easy to cook & tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled potatoes 8 pcs.
  2. Green peas 1/2 cup.
  3. Dry red chilli 1 pc.
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp.
  5. Carry leaves 3 tbsp.
  6. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  7. Onion sliced 1/2 cup.
  8. Tomato paste 1/2 cup.
  9. Turmeric powder 2 tbsp.
  10. Red chilli powder 4 tbsp.
  11. Salt to taste.
  12. Water 1/2 cup.
  13. Refined oil 1 cup.

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes & keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Fry the boiled potatoes
  4. Add dry chilli, mustard seeds & carry leaves in the oil.
  5. Stir for 1 minute.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste in it.
  7. Stir it.
  8. Add sliced onion & saute it.
  9. Add turmeric powder , red chilli powder ,salt & tomato paste.
  10. Cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
  11. Add fried potatoes & green peas in it.
  12. Add water & let it cook for 10 minutes.
  13. Serve hot with rooti / paratha.
