ABOUT fish fry RECIPE

simple recipe of a delicious fish fry, which can be served as appetizer or as a side dish with some dal rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 surmai pieces
  2. 1 tbsp chilli powder
  3. 1 tsp cumin powder
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1 tbsp rice flour
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. to make paste add vinegar
  9. oil for frying 3 to 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. take a plate add all the ingredients and mix with vinegar apply and keep aside for 20 minutes
  2. heat the pan add oil when oil is hot add marinated fish fry on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes
  3. flip on other side and fry for 2 to 3 minute when both side are done simmer for 2 more minutes switch of the flame
  4. serve with lime cucumber and onion thank you happy cooking
