ABOUT Fish Fry RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish 1/2 Kg
  2. Kashmiri Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
  3. Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Garam Masala 1 tsp
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  7. Oil 2 tbsp
  8. Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil to Shallow Fry

Instructions

  1. Clean the Fish with Salt and Turmeric and set aside.
  2. Marinate the Fish with everything listed under “ingredients “ except Oil to Shallow Fry.
  3. leave the Fish to rest for an hour and Shallow Fry then on a tawa on medium flame for about 7 minutes or cook till done.
