ABOUT Vazhaikkai Aval ( Raw banana poha) RECIPE

This recipe was put together in an effort to use up 1/2 a banana. It just was ‘on-the-spur’ recipes. A healthy version and a wonderful way to use raw bananas which have a de ent amount of fibre and cleanses the digestive system. The chillies and lime juice add a zing to it and tickles one’s taste buds. An ideal dish for a satisfying and filling breakfast. With the roasted groundnuts for the crunch and coriander leaves for the flavor, this dish is an interesting addition to our list of breakfast dishes.
