ABOUT Aval Milk. RECIPE

This is a refreshing healthy drink with aval (Poha), milk, banana & some nuts.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Aval or Poha 1/4 cup
  2. Banana 1
  3. Milk 1cup
  4. Sugar 1tbsp
  5. Horlicks 2tsp
  6. Badam 5
  7. Cashew nuts 5
  8. Kismis 8

Instructions

  1. Mix milk with Horlicks & sugar. Keep in the freezer for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Dry fry Poha till crispy.Keep aside.
  3. In a glass, cut the bananas& mash it with a fork or spoon. mash well.
  4. Then add crispy aval.
  5. On top of it add chopped cashew nuts, badam & sultans.
  6. Then pour chilled milk.stir well with a spoon.
  7. Put aval only at the time of serving, or it will be soggy.
  8. Serve chilled.
