Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ingredients :- (stuffing keema)
  2. Mutton keema - 300 gms
  3. Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  6. Onion - 1 large (finely chopped)
  7. Garlic/ginger paste - 2 tsp
  8. Tomato - 1 medium (finely chopped)
  9. Turmeric - 1 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  11. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  12. Ingredients :- (for making dough)
  13. Plain flour - 250 gms
  14. White oil - 3 tbsp
  15. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  16. Cooking soda - 1 pinch
  17. White oil - 3 cup extra (for fry the kachuri)

Instructions

  1. For making the keema stuff
  2. Heat the oil in a pan
  3. Add finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger paste and sugar and mix everything and cook for 2 - 3 on high flame
  4. Then add turmeric powder , chilli powder and sauté the masala for a minute.
  5. Then add the mutton keema and stir it very well . Cover the pan and cook for 3 - 4 minutes on high flame .
  6. Now add the garam masala and mix everything well and cook for 2 minutes .
  7. Then add 1 cup water and put everything in a pressure cooker and cover it cook for upto 3 to 4 whistles and let the keema cook completely .
  8. Now rest it keep aside completely cool down .
  9. For making the dough
  10. First of all will prepare the dough . Take a big bowl and put the salt , oil and cooking soda into the plain flour and mix it properly using your hands and put some water in the plain flour mixture and mix well and make it a very soft dough .
  11. Our dough for kachuri is ready . We will cover it with a lid for 15-20 minutes .
  12. The dough is all set now . Lets start making kachuris .
  13. First make small round balls of the dough in the size of a lemon .
  14. Take one ball of dough in your hand press them and make a small dent in the ball . Make it like a round basket . Then we will put 1 tbsp stuffing close the stuffing from all the sides and press it
  15. Like this our kachuri is ready to fry them in the hot oil and fry them until it gets brown in color in medium flame .
  16. Take them out on a plate
  17. Your khasta kachuri is now ready .
  18. It's so tasty and nice
  19. Serve it your favourite sauce with a cup of tea or coffee
