Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton Keema - 500 grams
  2. Oil - 1/4 cup
  3. Fennel Seeds / Saunf - 2 tsp
  4. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Cinnamon - 1 stick
  6. Cardamom - 4
  7. Cloves - 4
  8. Bay Leaf - 1
  9. Onion - 1 large chopped finely
  10. Green Chilies - 2
  11. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  12. Tomato - 2 large chopped
  13. Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
  14. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  15. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  16. Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  17. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  18. Meat Masala - 1.5 tsp
  19. Salt to taste
  20. Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp chopped finely

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add in all whole spices and let them sizzle
  2. Add in onions and Saute till golden brown.
  3. Add in ginger garlic paste, green chilies and saute till raw aroma goes away
  4. Add in mutton keema and cook till it is well browned.
  5. Add in tomatoes and saute till it gets tender
  6. Add spice powders and salt. mix well.
  7. Add little water. Cover and pressure cook for 3 whistles, simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Switch off
  8. Once steam goes off, add in coriander leaves. Mix and serve hot with roti/naan

We make same with all these ingredients but we just grind the masala ...rest of all method same :ok_hand::heart_eyes::two_hearts:
